If there’s an option of Zero star i would give that to him. We got our legal basement made by him last year. The reason for my rating is poor or no communication at all, he doesn’t pick up calls for most of the time i would call him 20times a day to talk to him. He would give lame reasons to delay his work and not receiving his calls. In our basement kitchen i told him to buy the countertop just like our upstairs kitchen but he didn’t order the countertop of our choice and ordered something else on his own without our consent. When we asked him to change the countertop, he mentioned we have to pay for the new countertop because its already been ordered and cut. He did our staircase for entrance and did not cover the sinkhole underneath the staircase. My husband fell into that hole and boys who came to clear the snow last winter almost fell into that. We complained about it to Manpreet Banwait, he asked he will come and have look at it but he never came its been months now. Please AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR IF YOU WANNA SAVE YOURSELF FROM TRAUMA AND UNNECESSARY HASSLES.
